10 Series Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a process in which we focus on progress. A process focused on the fascia systems of the body & integrating the relationship to the force we call gravity. Often known as myofascial release technique, Rolf massage and Rolf Structural Integration. The clients tissues are manually manipulated with varying degrees of pressure to achieve specific results in the structure of the body.
Sessions 1-3: The focus is based on the superficial fascia, a layer of connective tissue.
Sessions 4/5: Attention is turned towards the Core and all the connective tissues associated with trunk integration, visceral integrity, girdle stability and mobility.
Sessions 6/7: Core focus continues into the diaphragms of the pelvis and cranium. Inner mouth work begins #7.
Sessions 8-10: Integrating principles from all previous sessions. Bench work is more of a priority.

3 Series Structural Integration Massage
After having been processed through the Basic Ten Series a client may undertake a 3 series maintenance program. We call this series a Girdle, Girdle, Line. First session will often begin with the pelvic girdle and work the foundation.

Yoga
Graham trained with Denise Druce of Assets Yoga and completed 500 hours. Graham uses a blend of Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga combined with Structural Integration movement principles to address individual client needs.

Pilates
Pilates comes from Joseph Pilates. Graham is training with Balanced Body Pilates and Trish Kizerian. Currently working on his certification hours Graham is offering a Pilates special through the whole year of 2021. Get an individual session virtual or in person discounted during this time!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage pumps the Lymph system to expel toxins and built up fluids in the system itself and interstitial spaces between bones, muscles and organs.

Cranio Sacral Therapy
Cranio Sacral therapy works with the fluid tide of cerebral spinal fluid and the tension existing within this system and the fascial system of the body.
